Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to create background designs for our visual novel project, which is being developed and published by Skyfect.
Would you like to work with us on this anime-style project we're developing?
What will we do together?

The project aims to produce high-quality 2D digital drawings and illustrations (characters, backgrounds, CG scenes) that conform to the defined anime aesthetic.

Creating designs for the game's background visuals.

Creating concept art to enhance the game's visual quality and atmosphere.

Making revisions based on feedback from the art director and team members.

Contributing to the project schedule by actively participating in project planning and estimating task completion times.
Required Qualifications
Who are we looking for?

Advanced proficiency in professional digital drawing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, or similar programs.

Specifically, having a portfolio of works that are strong and reflect the anime/manga genre.

Having an interest in or knowledge of the visual novel genre and video game development processes.

Having effective time management skills and being able to work within set deadlines.

Being open to constructive feedback, having a proactive approach, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.

Believing in open and transparent communication and possessing a strong understanding of teamwork.
